Chances are, if you are thinking about starting therapy, it's time to start.  You don't have to wait until you are in crisis to begin. In fact, therapy can be much more effective and successful when starting before things escalate, drag on, and spiral out of control.  

Yes, Infinity Counseling, PLLC accepts insurance.  We are in network with Harvard Pilgrim, United HealthCare, and Anthem.  Private pay is also welcomed at $150 per hour. 

Infinity Counseling, PLLC offers both in-office and virtual telehealth appointments. Depending on the circumstances, we will determine what makes the most sense. For couples therapy, there is a strong preference for meeting in person, at least for a few sessions, as much of the work is based on body language, non verbal cues and eye contact.
